The role is central to positioning the company as a globally connected institution and requires a leader who can inspire trust and confidence, and who has a proven capacity for people leadership, budget management, and project execution.
Applicants for the Executive Director position should be accomplished administrative leaders with significant experience in international relations, global partnerships, and external engagement, ideally within a higher education context. The role demands a deep understanding of the global postsecondary landscape, the ability to advise senior leaders, and a track record of success in navigating diverse cultural and political environments. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating global opportunities into institutional impact, shaping direction, and driving complex initiatives to deliver transformational outcomes.
