Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception and preparation of clinical samples
• Conduct analysis and interpret diagnostic results
• Assist in training new laboratory staff




• Maintain records and documentation of tests
• Resolve issues related to specimen validity
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited MLT program
• Current registration with CMLTO in Ontario
• Robust knowledge of medical lab practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand health and safety legislation
