Lead operations as the Supervisor of Roads in the Community Services Department. Oversee maintenance of roadways and parks, ensuring safety and compliance in a full time, permanent role. This position reports to the Manager of Operations and includes supervising staff and contractors while administering daily work programs.

You'll coordinate maintenance activities for roadways, parks, and open spaces, ensuring all operations meet legislative and policy standards. Candidates should be prepared to engage in both operational management and people leadership. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily road and park maintenance operations
Develop work plans based on seasonal weather and needs
Ensure compliance with safety and operational regulations
Conduct inspections and ensure maintenance quality
Analyze feedback to improve road services Requirements:
Post-secondary training in construction or maintenance
Three years of municipal public works experience
Minimum one year of supervisory experience
Knowledge of Minimum Maintenance Standards
