Take the lead in financial oversight as the Manager of Operational Finance at Spring Living Retirement Communities in Toronto. Utilize your accounting expertise to impact 12 to 15 retirement communities.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will report to the Senior Manager, Finance, and collaborate with Executive Directors and financial teams. Your focus will be on month-end reviews, financial reporting, and providing actionable insights for operational improvement. Bring your service-oriented mindset and full-cycle accounting experience to develop high-performing teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee daily finance support for multiple retirement communities • Review monthly financial statements and journal entries • Coach Financial Analysts and senior team members • Strengthen internal controls and accounting processes • Provide insights on community performance and operational trends

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred • 5 to 8+ years of progressive finance experience • Robust Excel and accounting system skills, Yardi preferred • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Previous experience with multi-site operations is a plus
