Join ProMach as a Systems Integrator in packaging automation, focusing on Zarpac software with a hybrid work model. This full time role combines office and work from home in Oakville, Ontario. As a part of the team, you will be tasked with integrating and supporting the ZPI software suite, enhancing customer packaging efficiency.

Your role involves conducting audits, troubleshooting communication issues, and providing essential technical support. You'll be integral in guiding clients through installation requirements and ensuring effective software utilization. Key Responsibilities:
Analyze PLC & HMI code for audits and data extraction
Troubleshoot OPC communication issues and validate connections




Conduct on-site commissioning of the ZPI software
Offer ongoing technical support to clients after installation
Participate in project status calls with customer stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or related diploma in Automation
Solid experience with PLCs like Rockwell and Siemens
Knowledge of OPC technology and manufacturing systems
Previous work experience in packaging facilities
