Act as the subject matter expert in capital processes
Partner with Asset Management on project budgets and forecasts




Develop and update capital budgets and forecasts
Analyze monthly variances and provide commentary
Manage the accounting cycle for capital projects Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of relevant experience; CPA designation preferred
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; Workday knowledge a plus
