Lead transformative change as the Senior Director of Change Management at our firm. This role focuses on executing holistic strategies to enhance technology adoption and cultural shifts within our teams. As a strategic leader in the Transformation and Chief Operating Office (TCOO), you will drive large-scale technology transformations and align organizational goals.

Your expertise in change management, combined with robust influencing skills, will enable you to inspire and guide cross-functional teams through critical transitions. This position requires a proactive approach to risk management and communication, ensuring successful change implementation. Key Responsibilities:
Develop OCM frameworks for complex technology transformations
Create playbooks and tools for effective change acceleration




Foster sponsorship alignment through senior executive coaching
Manage upstream and downstream operating models collaboratively
Implement analytics frameworks for governance and reporting Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
At least 10 years in change management leadership roles
Proficient in OCM methodologies like ADKAR and Kotter
Solid familiarity with Agile and CI/CD processes
Proven ability to work with HR and technology units Drive impactful transformations and enhance our change management initiatives.
