Key Responsibilities: • Translate Executive Council direction into operational plans • Oversee compliance with funding and governance requirements • Ensure a culture of trust, transparency,



and collaboration • Lead budgeting and financial accountability efforts • Support risk management and resource allocation decisions

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles • In-depth understanding of governance and community priorities • Experience in financial management and policy development • Fluency in a NAN dialect is preferred
