Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
Operate manual till efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and receipts
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing shelves, displays, and stock to attract customer attention
Assist with stocking shelves, inventory management, and replenishing products to ensure store readiness
Use strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, maintaining professionalism at all times
Supervise or assist in supervising team members during shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
Engage in retail math tasks such as pricing goods, calculating discounts, totals, and change accurately for cash transactions
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
Familiarity with manual tills and cash handling procedures is an asset
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively
Basic math skills necessary for retail math calculations and transaction accuracy
Experience working in a retail store environment is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential for creating positive interactions
