Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, especially for technology-related items
Provide knowledgeable support on merchandise, including technical sales and upselling opportunities
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are addressed promptly and efficiently
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technology sales is preferred
Ability to perform basic math for transactions and inventory management
Strong organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and phone etiquette is advantageous
