Lead manufacturing processes at McCloskey International in Peterborough, ON as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This role encompasses team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. In this full time, in office position, you will oversee the Manufacturing Engineering and ERP BOM teams.
Your responsibilities include optimizing production processes for heavy equipment, ensuring data integrity of Manufacturing Bills of Materials, and managing workflows across Production and Engineering teams. You will focus on improving cycle times, supporting recent products, and promoting quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee welding, fabrication, and assembly process optimization
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives for efficiency improvements
Manage ERP BOM creation and accuracy in Epicor
Lead, coach, and develop engineering team members
Establish compliance with health and safety standards Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
5–8+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably in heavy equipment
Experience managing engineering teams and BOM data
Familiarity with CAD tools such as Creo
