Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform dental cleanings, and assist in maintaining a smooth and effective dental office environment. Duties
Perform qualified dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs as needed
Provide patient education on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, including preparing instruments and materials
Document patient information accurately using dental software such as Dentrix
Manage patient appointments, follow-up care, and treatment plans
Ensure the sterilization and proper handling of dental instruments and equipment




Support pediatric patients with gentle care and effective communication
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinical workplace
Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient experience and office efficiency

Skills
Proficiency with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse patient populations
Experience with dental assisting tasks is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to patient comfort and safety

Pay: $60.00-$62.00 per hour
