The Patient
Watch position focuses on ensuring the safety and well-being of patients at risk. Applicants will need to manage high-stress situations while upholding confidentiality. Flexibility for day and night shifts is essential, and candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver's license for travel within 500 km. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure patient safety and report significant changes
Use de-escalation techniques for conflict resolution

High School Diploma or GED
First Aid and CPR - Level C Certification
