Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RECE to support our team in providing exceptional care and education to children. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about early childhood education and have experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting. The applicant will play a vital role in creating a nurturing workplace that fosters learning and development for all children, including those with disabilities.
Duties
Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
Managing classroom dynamics and ensuring a positive learning setting.
Engage with children during activities, encouraging participation and fostering social skills.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
Monitor children's progress and behaviour, providing feedback to educators as needed.
Support children with special needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate care and attention.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
Experience
Previous experience working with children in an educational or caregiving capacity is essential
Knowledge of early childhood education principles is beneficial.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and staff.
A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds.
