This 13-month contract position is dedicated to providing top-notch support for the H135 platform. In this role, you will collaborate with the Technical Support Manager and engage directly with the customer to address technical issues and foster relationships.

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, documentation, and timely reporting in the Airbus WEBTEK system to ensure operational readiness and effective management decisions. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in office technical support for the assigned customer
Assist with troubleshooting and technical requests
Log customer issues efficiently in the WEBTEK database




Develop technical training schedules for the client
Evaluate and recommend solutions for aircraft part replacements Requirements:
Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or relevant field
AME, M1 and/or M2 Licence is essential
Over 10 years experience in Airbus Helicopter products
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance Use your expertise in technical support to enhance the service quality for Airbus customers and contribute to mission success.
