Duties

MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY DURING THE DAY!
Safely and efficiently operate a moving truck or van to transport goods and belongings to designated locations
Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items onto the truck using proper lifting and moving techniques
Secure items in the truck to prevent damage during transportation

-Deliver furniture/ appliances to customers and follow delivery procedures.

Requirements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work well in a team workplace
Previous experience in moving company is a asset.

Job Types: Full time, Part time Pay: $38,500.00-$43,000.00 per year

Sydney, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)

Language:
English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
Class 5 Licence (required)
