Line Cook / Prep Cook

Regalz Kitchen & Bar is looking for a reliable Line Cook / Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in Vaughan.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working in a restaurant kitchen, can follow instructions, and is willing to learn. Previous kitchen experience is preferred, but we are open to candidates who have basic food preparation skills and a strong work ethic.

Experience with Nigerian, African or Caribbean cuisine is an asset, but it is not required.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily food preparation
Prepare and cook menu items according to instructions
Set up and restock kitchen stations
Maintain consistent portions and presentation
Keep work areas clean and organized
Store and label ingredients properly
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
Support the kitchen team during busy service
Complete opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications
Some restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred




Basic food preparation and knife skills
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable, punctual and able to work well with others
Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace
Available for evening and weekend shifts
Must currently be in Canada and legally authorized to work
Must be able to attend an in-person interview in Vaughan
