Drive successful high-rise residential projects at Southwest Properties. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring quality, safety, and budget adherence from design through to closeout. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with Site Superintendents and subcontractors to ensure projects meet Southwest's high standards.

You’ll coordinate activities from pre-construction to completion, support scheduling, and manage documentation effectively. Engage proactively with stakeholders to minimize risks and ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects from pre-construction through completion
Collaborate with teams to maintain schedules and deliverables
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost reporting
