We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The Line

Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items efficiently while ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met.

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to uphold food safety regulations
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during meal preparation
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests




Follow all health and safety guidelines, including sanitation procedures

Requirements
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if needed
Passion for the food industry with a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences
