Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic line cook to join our vibrant food service team! In this role, you will be the heart of our kitchen, responsible for preparing and grilling delicious meals that delight our guests. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure every dish is cooked to perfection, creating memorable dining experiences.

Duties
Prepare and cook grilled items with precision, ensuring quality and consistency in every meal
Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating,



and assembling ingredients for grilling
Maintain cleanliness of the grill station, utensils, and work area in compliance with health regulations
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to guarantee perfectly cooked meals every time
Support team members during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a lively pace
Perform grill duties

Skills
Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments with a focus on grilling or food preparation
Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests
Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of meal preparation methods specific to grilling and food industry standards
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Passion for cooking, food industry trends, and delivering exceptional customer service

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
