Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions for Banking, Insurance, or Wealth Management clients. The ideal candidate must have prior Tech Lead experience , strong technical design expertise , hands-on Salesforce development skills, and relevant Salesforce certifications.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce FSC solution architecture and technical design.
Design scalable, secure integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, Platform Events, and CDC.
Develop and review Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and asynchronous processing.
Design FSC data models including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, and Relationships.
Establish Salesforce DevOps using Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, and release management.
Implement Salesforce Shield, security best practices, and compliance standards.
Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.




Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise banking, insurance, or wealth management solutions.

Required Skills
10+ years of Salesforce experience with recent Tech Lead experience .
Solid expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) .
Proven experience in technical architecture and solution design .
Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD .
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using MuleSoft, REST APIs, Platform Events, OAuth, and SSO .
Knowledge of Salesforce security, Shield, Platform Encryption, and governance.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Wealth Management domains.
Robust leadership, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Application/System Architect or Financial Services Cloud certifications.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket, Splunk/Current Relic, and Data Cloud.
Knowledge of Canadian regulatory standards such as OSFI and PIPEDA is an asset.
