Responsibilities
Lead and supervise restaurant staff, training and coaching.
Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS, cash handling, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and resolving any issues efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service flow and timely delivery of orders.
Monitor restaurant performance metrics, implement improvements,



and uphold hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in restaurant management or food service roles with strong team management skills.
Extensive food industry knowledge including food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen experience.
Familiarity with POS systems like Toast POS and cash handling procedures.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in interviewing and developing team members.
Solid understanding of food safety protocols, health regulations, and restaurant operations.
Background in hospitality or hotel experience is a plus; barista experience is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and deliver exceptional customer service.
