Lead North America's Tissue Services operations at Valmet, ensuring strategic growth and profitability. Drive business plans, manage customer services, and oversee sales to elevate tissue services. As the Manager of Tissue Services, you will formulate and execute business strategies for North America’s tissue services. Focused on developing customer relationships and driving sales, you will directly manage mill site services, roll services, spare parts, and capital aftermarket.

Your role includes mentoring sales teams and executing installation projects for TM SER equipment. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage tissue services for North America
Formulate and execute a strategic business plan
Oversee sales and gross profit for Tissue Services
Coordinate execution of Yankee Services at mills
Conduct mill maintenance audits and Tissue Service Agreements Requirements:
B.S. degree in engineering or related field
Minimum eight years in a technical sales role
Experience in the tissue industry
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel on short notice Lead Valmet's growth in tissue services through strategic management and customer engagement.
