The Project Manager will play a central role in coordinating the scientific, technical, and commercial activities required to advance Myomar’s diagnostic technologies. Working closely with our leadership team, laboratory scientists, software developers, engineering partners, clinical collaborators, and external stakeholders, you will ensure projects are executed efficiently and strategically. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of science, innovation, and commercialization while helping bring novel diagnostic technologies to market.
Key Responsibilities - Lead project planning and execution for the continued development and implementation of Myomar’s laboratory-developed test.
Coordinate cross-functional activities supporting the design, validation, and commercialization of our point-of-care diagnostic platform.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Manage communication between laboratory, software, engineering, regulatory, clinical, and business teams.
Coordinate collaborations with academic researchers, healthcare organizations, and industry partners.
Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Support technology transfer, assay validation, clinical studies,
and product development initiatives.
Prepare project reports, presentations, grant deliverables, and executive updates.
Foster strong relationships with collaborators, customers, and stakeholders through transparent and professional communication.
Help establish project management processes that support the company’s continued growth.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of project management experience in biotechnology, diagnostics, healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
Experience working within laboratory or research settings is strongly preferred.
Understanding of diagnostic assay development, laboratory-developed tests, or product development is considered an asset.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a agile, fast-growing company.
Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office.
