Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversations
Conduct compelling product demos to highlight features
Assist customers with product selection, upselling relevant items to maximize sales prospects
Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently
Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability on the sales floor
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Utilize robust communication skills to explain technical details clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is highly desirable.
Experience in construction business for atleast 2 years is required.
Knowledge of hardwood, laminates, vinyl, and tiles is must.
Experience with merchandising, cash handling, and cashiering is preferred
Strong organizational skills coupled with excellent communication and phone etiquette are essential.
