As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting prospective residents with finding their ideal home and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of available units
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and assisting with lease agreements
Move in/move out for tenant at the end of lease
Utilize Rent Manager software to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records
Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and distributing promotional materials
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive rental rates and trends
Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining lease files
Skills:
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective residents
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Well versed in property management software-Rent Manager
Ability to negotiate lease terms and effectively close leasing deals
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records
Previous experience in residential leasing is must
