Your role will focus on project delivery and quality management. In this role, you will create and implement governance frameworks to ensure successful project execution and outcomes. Aligning planning activities with strategic goals, you'll monitor performance and risk, advocating for continuous improvement. Candidates should possess 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant engineering field, contributing to risk management and quality assurance processes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop governance frameworks for project delivery
Ensure high-quality documentation and QMS compliance
Maintain supportive tools and resources
Identify and manage risks to business objectives
Execute change management initiatives Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Qualified Engineer (P. Eng.) designation
5 to 8 years of related experience
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
Effective communication and technical problem-solving Contribute to impactful planning processes that align with strategic objectives at Irving Shipbuilding.
