We are hiring Work From Home Inbound Contact Centre Agents to provide responsive and empathetic customer support. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping others and thrive in a work from home environment.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to inbound customer calls.
Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Provide transparent and accurate information about products and services.
Log all customer interactions in the system.
Follow company protocols and escalate issues when necessary.
