In this vital management position reporting to the Director of Asset Protection & Deliverables, you oversee repair and maintenance programs at REAL District.

You will develop departmental goals, handle budgeting, and maintain high service standards for operational excellence. Additionally, collaboration with teams across the organization is essential to optimize performance and compliance with safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement maintenance business plans and policies
Oversee maintenance of facilities and mechanical systems




Manage computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) activities
Plan and schedule maintenance to minimize disruptions
Monitor maintenance performance with key metrics Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Red Seal certification in relevant fields
Minimum of five years in building systems maintenance
Project management training is an asset
Knowledge of applicable building codes and laws
