Develop and implement engaging childcare programs
Lead activities that stimulate creativity and learning
Maintain a secure and healthy workplace for children
Assess children's abilities and communicate progress
Observe for signs of learning or behavioral issues Requirements:
Level 2 Child Development Certificate from Alberta
Valid First Aid certification and police check
Previous childcare experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
