RBC is on the hunt for a Senior Analyst specializing in US Regulatory Services based in Toronto. This full time role focuses on reporting accuracy, junior staff supervision, and regulatory compliance. As a Senior Analyst, you'll ensure the effective operational execution of regulatory reporting processes while mentoring less experienced team members.

Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing report submissions, improving reporting practices, and collaborating with various organizational groups to enhance compliance. You'll also play a crucial role in addressing regulatory inquiries, highlighting service achievements, and implementing best-control practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily regulatory reporting submissions and compliance




Act as a mentor for junior team members on operational issues
Develop and implement timely reporting controls
Assess and prioritize anomalies in reporting processes
Design and present performance metrics to stakeholders Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
Comprehensive knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycle
Solid experience with MS Excel, especially analytical tools
