We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Pilates techniques and be able to create an engaging and supportive setting for clients of all skill levels.
Duties
Conduct group and individual Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants.
Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
Monitor members progress and provide feedback to enhance their performance.
Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
Engage with members to build rapport, answer questions, and encourage ongoing participation in classes.
Skills
Proficiency in English
Pilates certification (MANDATORY)
Solid teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively engage with clients.
Exceptional customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Effective time management skills to ensure classes run smoothly and on schedule.
