Responsibilities

-Greet customers upon arrival with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
Operating POS for processing payments and transactions -Handle cash and complete transactions professionally

-Answer phones, respond to inquiries, take messages and conduct phone calls/emails in a skilled manner

-Effectively address clients' concerns immediately.

-Supporting the daily operations, including facilities cleaning, maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, restrooms, and play area , equipment maintenance and safety.

-Have Intermediate level computer skills using Word, Excel and other software.

-Supervising guests and ensuring the guests are following all playground rules.

-Assist with checking in guests for birthday parties and events.

-Being adaptable in your role and assisting with other duties

-Interact with customers, ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction.





-All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

-High School Diploma or equivalent

-Experience in all aspects of customer service

-communication, customer service, conflict resolution, time management and Problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays, as required.

-Ability to work under pressure while complying with all relevant legislation.

-Passion for working with children

-A positive and welcoming attitude

-Ability to bend and lift up to 49 lbs.

-Successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check

-First Aid/ CPR C Certification, Experience working with kids or a student earning a degree in the area of working with children is an asset
