Summary:

Project Coordinator, Co‑op at Clio’s Project Management Office in Burnaby. 8‑month co‑op period September 2026 - May 2027. Applications accepted January to March.

What your team does:

The Project Management Office leads high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives that grow and transform the business. The team supports the entire project life cycle, including strategic vision, execution, change management, reporting, and long‑term success.

What you’ll work on:
Gain access and visibility to Clio’s largest projects and long‑term business strategy.
Partner with functional leaders to understand project targets and help achieve business goals.
Partner with Project Managers on major cross‑functional projects and lead smaller initiatives independently, including:
Meeting with project teams to check progress and status of work.
Tracking action items, meeting minutes, decisions, timelines, and risks.
Drafting and maintaining project documents and spreadsheets.
Maintaining project tracking tools such as Asana.
Preparing regular project status reports.
Helping develop project‑management best practices at Clio.
Contributing to project playbooks and developing project templates.
Maintaining the Business Operations and project‑management wiki.




Providing additional administrative support as required.

What you have:
A learning mindset and enthusiasm for trying recent things.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead a large cross‑functional project team.
Strategic mindset (critical thinking, seeing the big picture, asking strategic questions, proactive problem solving).
Excellent writing and transparent communication skills.
Experience with Gantt charts, spreadsheet management, or project‑management tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Asana).
Ability to facilitate meetings while taking highly detailed meeting notes.

Responsible bonus points if you:
Have good stakeholder‑relationship management skills.
Show ingenuity and the ability to figure things out independently.
Have a keen eye for details and the ability to spot gaps and risks.
Have a high level of understanding and empathy.
Have a data mindset (general data literacy and the ability to interpret dashboards).

Compensation

Expected base pay: $46,000 CAD.
