Ocgrow Group of Companies is seeking a motivated Junior Real Estate Rental Leasing Associate to support leasing for our growing residential rental portfolio in Greystone, Cochrane.

Job Summary

This is a customer-facing sales and leasing role suited for someone who is energetic, skilled, organized, and interested in real estate. The successful candidate will work with prospective tenants from first inquiry through to viewing, application, and lease completion. You will help present available suites, answer questions, follow up with leads, coordinate showings, and support the leasing team in achieving occupancy goals.

Community Background

Ocgrow’s newest rental community, TEREZ, is located in Greystone, one of Cochrane’s fastest-growing master-planned communities. The project includes luxury rental homes, contemporary finishes, strong amenities, and a live-work-play environment just west of Calgary. This is a strong opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a major new rental development during its launch and lease-up stage.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to rental inquiries by phone, email, text, and online platforms.
Book and conduct tours, explaining suite layouts and community features.




Assist with tenant pre-screening, updating CRM notes, and following up with prospects.
Help with rental listings, digital marketing, and general leasing coordination.

Qualifications
Solid communication skills, a polished and skilled presence, valuable follow-up habits.
Comfort with technology and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, leasing, or real estate is an asset, but not required.

Schedule & Compensation

The position is part-time, with weekday afternoon, evening, and weekend availability required. The role is based primarily at Greystone in Cochrane, with some flexibility depending on business needs. Compensation includes base pay plus commission or performance-based incentives depending on experience, schedule, and leasing results. Estimated annual compensation is $35,000 to $60,000.
