Lead the manufacturing floor at OPmobility as a Midnight Shift Production Supervisor. This role focuses on optimizing Just-in-Time production while ensuring safety and quality. OPmobility is seeking a full time Production Supervisor for the midnight shift at its Windsor facility. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience in a Tier 1 automotive workplace.

Key responsibilities include managing production requirements, troubleshooting issues, and promoting secure work practices to support operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate team activities on the production floor
Manage daily production demands for timely delivery
Communicate with cross-functional teams on priorities
Troubleshoot production issues and lead corrective actions
Conduct audits and monitor divisional KPIs Requirements:
Grade 12 / OSSD required, post-secondary preferred
Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge of SAP and PLC functionality
