Perfect Paws and Cat’s Cradle is a bustling pet grooming and boarding facility in Winnipeg. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch care for our furry clients and excellent service for their owners. We are currently seeking an animal lover who is also a dedicated and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities (training will be provided):
Check in and out daycare dogs (Must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes)
Answer phone calls and respond to text messages
Respond to emails and update client records
Book grooming appointments and manage schedules
Scan and organize documents (boarding agreements, grooming waivers)
Update inventory and process sales of raw food
Upload photos and send client updates
Assist with cleaning and supporting dog check-ins during slow periods
Qualifications:
Reception experience required
Pet industry experience preferred
Familiar with using Mac Computers
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Team Player
Reliable
Schedule:
5 days,
40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
