Reporting to the VP, you will provide vital legal services across commercial real estate matters while managing relationships with stakeholders. Your practical advice will influence strategic initiatives and drive compliance within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver legal advice on real property and commercial agreements
Negotiate and review contracts and agreements
Manage and oversee external legal counsel effectively
Assist with corporate governance and compliance activities
Conduct thorough legal research on relevant statutes and regulations Requirements:
LLB/JD and a Bachelor’s Degree necessary
At least 5 years of relevant experience in law
Robust background in Commercial Real Estate law in BC
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
