As Legal

Counsel, you will report to the General Counsel and play an integral role in the legal department.

Your responsibilities will encompass drafting agreements, providing strategic legal support, and assisting with litigation processes. This role also involves collaboration with various business units to ensure legal objectives align with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate and review commercial real estate agreements
Advise on land use and property development matters




Draft contracts supporting airport initiatives
Monitor regulatory developments impacting compliance
Conduct legal research and prepare documentation Requirements:
Law degree (J.D. or LL.B.) with positive standing membership
At least three years of experience in commercial law
Ability to communicate legal concepts to laypersons
Experience in aviation or regulatory environments desirable
