Shape the future of quick-service restaurants as a Manager of Construction Projects at Restaurant Brands International. Lead construction initiatives across top brands and ensure optimal execution. In this pivotal role at RBI, you’ll manage a diverse array of construction projects, including current builds and extensive remodels across multiple sites.

Your leadership will coordinate efforts between design consultants and procurement processes to deliver quality results. With your technical Skills and project management experience, you’ll oversee more than 100 projects a year, ensuring they align with operational standards. Key Responsibilities:
Direct project interactions with franchisees and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to design approval and cost management




Manage material and vendor planning for projects
Lead general contracting for current constructions
Handle project tracking and budget oversight Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar
At least 3 years managing multiple construction projects
Intermediate MS Office proficiency for documentation
Experience with critical path scheduling and budgeting
