You will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in delivering patient-centered care and fostering a healing workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
Design and implement evidence-based treatment strategies
Involve families in the care planning process




Track and evaluate patient progress and modify plans as needed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interprofessional collaboration Requirements:
Registration with the College of Health and Care Specialists of BC
Solid understanding of occupational therapy principles
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
