Key Responsibilities
Review prospectuses and discretionary relief applications • Conduct research on securities law and regulations • Contribute to policy development initiatives • Interact with OSC divisions and market participants • Analyze complex legal issues affecting capital markets Requirements:
Member of the Law Society of Ontario • Minimum 5 years’ experience in securities law • Experience with public companies in the exempt market • Solid analytical and communication skills • Proven project management abilities This role allows you to influence securities regulation while working in a collaborative setting at the OSC.
