We are seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer service, sales, and relationship‑building in a professional and supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop leads, follow up with prospects, and schedule appointments
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Provide prompt, friendly, and accurate customer service, including:
Policy inquiries and coverage explanations
Policy changes, transfers, and billing inquiries
Claim intake and assistance
Work with the agent to achieve sales and marketing goals
Present insurance solutions to new and existing clients

Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or outside sales)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets preferred




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer‑focused with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
Ability to multitask in a rapid‑paced environment
Comfortable presenting and speaking with customers

Licensing Requirements:
Property and Casualty insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
Life insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
