Shape the future of school-aged children with the YMCA of Saskatoon as a Part time BASC Coordinator. Oversee high-quality before and after school care programs across multiple school sites. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the delivery of Before and After School Care programming aligned with YMCA standards.

With a commitment to quality and inclusion, you’ll coach BASC staff and ensure the safety and development of children. This position requires hands-on involvement at all school sites. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate program supplies distribution to all school sites
Communicate program goals and best practices to staff
Conduct routine site visits to maintain program quality
Supervise staff during shifts to ensure child-to-staff ratios
Provide coaching on behavior management strategies Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in childcare or education
Solid understanding of child development principles
Effective communicator of YMCA policies
Valid Class 5 driver's license
