Hank Daddy’s Barbecue is a family-owned Kansas City–style barbecue restaurant and bourbon bar built on slow-smoked food, real hospitality, and doing things the right way. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a part time bartender to help our front of house team and uphold the standards we’re proud of.

This is a part-time job with promised growth. You’ll start behind the bar, learn the systems, and understand the flow. If you’re sharp, you’ll grow into taking tables and becoming a full-service team member.

What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing and serving drinks (beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic)
Helping to run drinks to tables during peak service
Supporting the team with takeout orders and Uber pickups
Keeping the bar clean, stocked, and organized
Learning the food menu so you can confidently step into serving when needed

What We’re Looking For
Previous serving or café/barista experience
Ontario Smart Serve (required)
Someone who’s coachable and actually wants to learn
Good instincts, awareness,



and common sense under pressure
Team-first mentality. You don’t stand around waiting to be told what to do
Interest in growing into a server role over time
