We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Metal Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining metal roofing systems on various commercial and residential buildings. Your expertise will ensure roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and built to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities
Measure, cut, assemble, and install metal roofing panels using hand tools and power tools with precision and efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation
Prepare roof surfaces by cleaning, caulking, and applying weatherproofing materials to ensure proper sealing and insulation
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
Use carpentry skills to frame or modify structures as needed for roofing installation or repairs
Conduct inspections during and after installation to verify quality standards are met and address any issues promptly
Maintain a clean work workplace by organizing tools and disposing of debris responsibly
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, roofing, or handyman roles with a focus on metal roofing systems
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, snips, and drills
Robust carpentry skills with experience in framing or structural modifications
Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, working at heights, and standing for extended periods
Knowledge of caulking techniques for weatherproofing roofs effectively
