As a Learning Systems Analyst, you will leverage enterprise-level LMS skills and modern instructional design to optimize TransAlta's learning ecosystem. You’ll ensure effective governance frameworks and scalable learning experiences that drive engagement among employees. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to identify learning objectives
Design high-quality digital learning solutions
Manage LMS components and maintain data integrity
Configure and administer system integrations
Define and report learning effectiveness metrics Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5–7 years in LMS administration and digital learning design
