Manage primary healthcare needs of a patient roster
Diagnose and treat patients according to NP scope
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications




Support health promotion and disease prevention initiatives
Coordinate care with healthcare specialists and community partners Requirements:
Master of Nursing, Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Four to five years of nursing experience preferred
Experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
