As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the education and training of field staff, ensuring the application of client-centered practices. You will operationalize the district education plan, deliver a variety of training programs, and conduct thorough needs analyses to tailor educational offerings. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff • Provide essential clinical orientation for new nurses • Organize education sessions based on district needs • Lead PSS training initiatives within the district • Support staff in understanding ParaMed policies
Requirements: • Valid RN registration with regulatory college • Minimum of 3 years in adult education settings • At least 2 years as a practicing community nurse • Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent computer proficiency with Word and PowerPoint
