Lead transformational change initiatives at Malt as a Commercial Excellence and Planning Manager. Oversee a strategic change roadmap and align cross-functional teams within a hybrid work model. As a key member of our Commercial Enablement team, you will manage and synchronize critical projects across various departments.

Your expertise in commercial project management will drive alignment and ensure the successful implementation of changes, bolstering sales flow and performance. Key Responsibilities:
Own and update the centralized commercial change roadmap
Design steering committees and provide executive-level reports
Align project timelines while tracking essential milestones
Liaise with Ops, Marketing, Finance, and HR departments
Define commercial Success Metrics and KPIs for performance Requirements:
High-level education in Business or Project Management
3+ years of experience in commercial project management
